Sunshine: How much time and money have you wasted on trial and error?

Crystal: Welcome to The Love of Business. I’m Crystal.

Sunshine: And I’m Sunshine. Let’s get to it.

Trial and error. It sounds like something that a lot of business owners probably experience.

Crystal: It is very common. A lot of business owners operate as a silo, and they try to do everything themselves. And eventually what happens is they run out of time.

Sunshine: That’s not good if you are trying to have a viable business.

Crystal: Yup, that’s correct. The good news is there is a way out of it.

Sunshine: Oh, good. I can’t wait to hear this, I love ways out of things.

Crystal: So, in order to get out of this cycle of trying to do everything and eventually running out of time. What you need to do is start vetting the right vendors to help you grow your business. They can advise you and do a lot of the work for you so you can focus on growing the business. So, you need to stop trying to be a master of all things and a master of none.

Sunshine: What’s your number one takeaway from today’s video? Leave us a comment and thanks for watching.
