Crystal: Correct. It is really identifying that 20% that works consistently and tripling your efforts there. And to do that you need to test to measure but there is also another way that can help you.

Crystal: A great marketing book to get you on that 20% path of marketing that does work consistently over time is called Buying Customers by Bradley Shivers. And why I like this book is because it is very applicable to real marketing practices and strategies. It is not theory based at all. And they are simple to execute. So, read it, take notes, and execute, and get that 20% marketing and triple your efforts there.
