Crystal: I sure am. So, one of the best ways to create a client experience is to read the book Setting the Table by Danny Myer. And he really goes into the nuances of creating an experience in addition to your service and product. For example, when you walk into a profession office, how do they great you? Is the music playing? Are the walls, wall papered really nice? Are the cushions that you are sitting on comfortable? Do they escort you out at the end and say good bye?
