So, emotionally intelligent leader. What is this, somebody like beyond high school? What do you mean emotionally intelligent?

Crystal: So, what we mean and what we’re going to talk about is as a leader you need to manage your own emotions so you can communicate better with your colleagues and your employees and so you can empathize with them instead of sympathy.

Sunshine: All right. So, are there some like how to do this thingamajig?

Crystal: Yup, it’s easier than you think. Three ways to become a better emotional intelligent leader. Number one, be a good listener. Remember you have two ears and one mouth for a reason. Number two, really appreciate your team and tell them you are grateful for them and all their hard work they do.
