Sunshine: Do you have office space you’re not using?

Crystal: Welcome to The Love of Business. I’m Crystal.

Sunshine: And I’m Sunshine. Let’s get to it.

Okay, extra office space. Like this is a really interesting question why? Why are you asking if I’ve got idols space?

Crystal: Good question. Well, we’re asking it because if you have space you’re not using, you could take that as an opportunity and rent that space out and get more cash and profit through the door right away.

Sunshine: Ah, so this is like a cash opportunity.

Crystal: Yes.

Sunshine: Now, like on another note, I mean, like, when you’re doing stuff like this, do we need to have more insurance at our office? Or like they should have liability insurance or something like that?

Crystal: No, you don’t need more insurance because your still the leasee. That means you already have your insurance in place, and it protects anyone that comes into your company’s building or warehouse.

Sunshine: Interesting. Okay, so, what are some ways that we can make extra money in our office space?

Crystal: Yes. Who doesn’t want extra money?

Sunshine: Oh, my God, that could be like a nice like extra vacation or put it back into the business, maybe you want to remodel a little bit. That can be like that extra little cutie pie fund, no?

Crystal: That’s right.

Sunshine: All right. Well, tell us.

Crystal: Three ways to get quick cash in the door by renting out space that you’re not using. Number one, you can rent it out to one or two people who need some space.

Number two, you can put an ad online, like on Craigslist to find someone.

And number three, you know, really use your network. Ask them if they know of anyone who needs some space.

Sunshine: What’s your number one takeaway from today’s video? Leave us a comment and thanks for watching.
