Rebooking Customers: When To Do It & The Value For Business & Clients

Everyone is super busy so rebooking customers is important for both the client and the business. Here are some helpful tips on rebooking!

Sunshine: Are you rebooking customers after their appointment?

Sunshine: And I’m Sunshine. Let’s get to it.

Rebooking clients.

Crystal: Yes.

Sunshine: Super important.

Crystal: It is super important and simple as well.

Sunshine: Right. What do you think is the easiest way to rebook a client?

Crystal: As soon as the services ended and they are paying, you just say, “Hey, why don’t we get you rebooked right away so we can get you your preferred date and time.”

Sunshine: So, you want to do this right after the service has been completed, they are stopping by the front desk, maybe they are making a payment or giving their investments. You want to book right then?

Crystal: Correct. Let’s talk about the benefits to the customer of rebooking right then. What are the benefits for the customer?

Sunshine: Well, they don’t, they can put it into their calendar right now. They don’t have to think about it again. They don’t need another email or phone call. So, I guess, time is of the essence, always. No?

Crystal: Yeah. People are really, really busy these days. So, it allows them to not have to think about it, make it easy for them, and they get their preferred time and date.

Sunshine: All right. So, I guess, we’re looking at rebooking after every appointment if there isn’t a reoccurring one already.

Crystal: That’s right. So, let’s do the flip side. What are the benefits to the business of rebooking right away?

Sunshine: Well, time and money are always a good thing, right? So, your saving time. Oh my God, it’s a system, isn’t it? Saving yourself time, energy, and money.

Crystal: Yup.

Sunshine: Okay. So, it saves you time. It saves you money. And a lot of the monetise back and forth of when do you want to book your next appointment/

Crystal: Right. And it saves you money because it doesn’t interrupt cash flow for the business.

Sunshine: Well, cash flow is important.

Crystal: Yes, it is.
