So, do I need a business coach? Do you need a business coach? How do you know if you need one?
Crystal: Well, it’s pretty simple. Ask yourself these questions. What business challenges am I facing right now? And looking at those business challenges for a moment, if things keep going on like they are right now, challenge wise, what will that mean for you?
Sunshine: Well, wow, that sounds like a tough question.
Crystal: It is a tough question, but it is very revealing. So, let’s talk about if your business needs a business coach and if it is the right time to work the business coach. So, if you have challenges in either time, team, or money you need a business coach. Because there is a lot of business owners out there that are working 24/7. So, they don’t have any time left. Or maybe their team is not efficient, so the profit margins are low. Or maybe they are not making any money. They are selling but at the end of the day there is no profit. So, if this is something that affects you, you should work with a business coach and it is the right now.
Sunshine: Wow, so I guess if you are struggling with time, team, or money, that is when you are going to actually call upon a business coach. Not a life coach, but a business coach.
