Sunshine: Are you designing an environment for success?

Crystal: Welcome to The Love of Business. I’m Crystal.

Sunshine: And I’m Sunshine. Let’s get to it.

Design an environment for success, you mean like sprucing up your office with some monthly flowers or painting a wall or something? I mean–

Crystal: Those are great examples. And those can help you get inspired. But the question that you need to ask yourself is, is my work environment inspiring? Do I get excited every morning to go to work and experience that environment? And if it is not inspiring, we are going to talk about ways to get you re-inspired.

Sunshine: I’m excited to hear this one.

Crystal: So, one way, simple way that you can get inspired in your work environment is you could maybe update your equipment technology. So, maybe things are not flowing as easily, and you are wasting time. Also, simply you could also maybe update the aesthetic of your work environment. Paint a wall, get a new desk, get a new chair, put some art up. And lastly, we are all a reflection of the top 5 people that we hang out with the most. So, you want to make sure that those top 5 people are positive instead of negative because they affect you and how you feel.

Sunshine: Wow. The top 5 people.

Crystal: Yes.

Sunshine: Looks like I got some cleaning up to do. What’s your number one takeaway from today’s video? Leave us a comment. And thanks for watching.
