Since we are talking about delivery today, do you actually mean like the delivery of the product or service that is our business? So, is it after the purchase that you’re talking about?
Correct. So, you are fulfilling an order, whether that’s a product order or a service order.
All right. I got it. All right, Crystal, since you’ve got three great tips, let’s hear it.
All right, let’s get to it. So, today we are going to focus on three great tips to really take your delivery to the next level.
Tip number one, be consistent. So, what I mean by that, you should be delivering your service or produce consistently so that the customer experiences the same experience. Because they will expect that.
Keep Your Word
Tip number two, keep your word. Now that seems pretty simple, right? Well, it’s not always common sense. So, just make sure you are doing what you say you are going to do and when you’re going to do it.
Anticipate Client Needs
Tip number three, and this is a really good one. Anticipate your client needs. So, if they bought X, you know maybe a month later they might need Y. So, educate them on how else you can help them.
