Sunshine: Have you found yourself running out of patience for your business and your team?

Crystal: Welcome to The Love of Business. I’m Crystal.

Sunshine: And I’m Sunshine. Let’s get to it.

Patience, yeah, I really don’t have a lot of patience. Sometimes I get really frustrated and I mean, yeah, it’s not– It’s not usually my finest moment when I lose them.

Crystal: Well, we have to remember that patience is a skill set that no one is born with. It’s a learned skill set. And a lot of entrepreneurs, especially entrepreneurs and business owners, you know, they are at a place where they are at currently, but they want to be at a higher place, higher growth. And sometimes they get frustrated that they are not moving fast enough in their mind, whether that is true or untrue.

Sunshine: So, are you going to give us some tips on how to have more patience for our team and within our business? I mean, gosh, I mean, yeah, let’s hear it.

Crystal: Happy too. Three great ways to become more patient. Number one, figure out what your triggers are that make you impatient. Number two, distract yourself with something more productive when you feel impatient. And number three, take a break. Get up. Stretch. Go get a coffee. Walk around the block.

Sunshine: Those are great tips, Crystal. Thank you so much. Like who knew to distract yourself with something more productive would help you find more patience.

What’s your number one takeaway from today’s video? Leave us a comment. And thanks for watching.
